Skip the public pool chaos. Spend your summer at the U-Club in our premier private resort backyard. We’re looking for outgoing team players who prioritize safety and member hospitality.
The Essentials
- Pay & Perks: Competitive hourly rate additional-earning potential with private lessons.
- We Re-certify You: Current or recently expired certifications? We’ll handle your recertification.
- Timeline: 20–40 hrs/week. Memorial Day – Labor Day (Training in May).
What You’ll Do
- Guard: Maintain safety for our zero-depth and Olympic pools, diving well, adults-only hot tub oasis, and beautiful sun decks.
- Host: Provide "Resort-Style" service and assist with activity registrations.
- Coach: Optional opportunities for swim team mentoring and private lessons.
- Enjoy: Free shift meals. No packed lunches needed.
Who You Are
- Certified: Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid (or recently expired).
- Proactive: You’re professional, poised, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Reliable: You have a track record of being dependable.
