Job Description
Our client is seeking a Site Development Technician to support the setup and development of an agricultural site in Le Roy, MN. This role will assist with preparing the property, organizing materials, and supporting light construction activities to ensure the site is ready for seasonal operations.
**Start Date is April 8th**
Schedule/Pay
- Shift A: Monday-Wednesday 7am-7pm
- Shift B: Thursday-Saturday 7am-7pm
- Starting at $17/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist with general out site setup and organization
- Support preparation of infrastructure areas and material staging
- Perform light construction and general labor tasks
- Help prepare land areas for agricultural use, including brush clearing and site cleanup
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and team direction
Requirements
- Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or agriculture preferred
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Consistent attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
