The United Arc is seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This role partners closely with individuals, families, and direct support staff to develop and implement person-centered behavior supports, provide clinical guidance, and strengthen the quality of care across our programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Master’s-level BCBA
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of DDS systems, ISP development, and behavioral health
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
