The Union Democrat is seeking a energetic Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales with the ability to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and propose advertising solutions that align with their goals
-Sell ads into the daily newspaper, weekly entertainment guide, special sections and digital advertising.
- Utilize the CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue potential
- Provide exceptional account management to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in field sales.
- Marketing experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
- Must be extremely organized and be able to multitask.
