What you'll actually own:
✅ Full-cycle recruiting coordination across multiple open roles — clean pipeline, zero dropped threads ✅ End-to-end onboarding — from offer letter to Day 30, 60, and 90 milestones
✅ HRIS data integrity in Rippling — audit-ready, always
✅ Employee experience touchpoints — recognition, pulse surveys, culture ops
✅ Compliance and policy maintenance — multi-state, no surprises
You're the right fit if:
→ You have 5 years in HR, People Ops, or recruiting coordination in a high-growth environment
→ You've built or meaningfully improved at least one people process from scratch
→ You communicate with clarity AND warmth — team members actually feel supported when they come to you
→ You're already experimenting with AI tools to make HR faster without making it feel colder
→ You treat HRIS data quality as non-negotiable, not optional
Bonus points if you hold (or are working toward) SHRM-CP or PHR, have Notion or Deel experience, or have managed benefits like ICHRA/LSA for distributed teams.
What we offer:
💰 $55,000–$75,000 base salary
