You’ll support a high-performing entrepreneur and her partner in a private home with:
- Pets 🐾
- Real meals (not takeout)
- Regular hosting occasional travel
- A fast pace that requires structure behind the scenes
This is a high-trust role with real responsibility—discretion, reliability, and initiative are non-negotiable.
Without needing direction, you:
- Reset the home daily (laundry, sheets, tidy spaces)
- Prep meals for the week so food is ready without thinking
- Handle groceries, errands, and returns efficiently
- Keep supplies stocked before they run out
- Turn over an Airbnb or prep for guests seamlessly
- Support last-minute needs without stress when plans shift
Household Operations
- Laundry, linens, tidying, organization
- Pantry supply management
- Pet care routines
Kitchen & Meal Prep
- Weekly prep (chopping, assembling, organizing)
- Keeping the fridge functional and intentional
- Maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen
Errands & Logistics
- Groceries, pickups, returns
- Vendor coordination (as needed)
- Anticipating needs before they become problems
Home Readiness
- Guest prep hosting support
- Airbnb turnovers
- Keeping the home “always ready”
Light Personal & Event Support
- Occasional errands for events
- Travel prep one-off support tasks
