Shift time is 7 am - 3:30 pm (Days off will be on Tuesdays/Wednesdays).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and resort equipment
- Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, chemical balance, and operation of resort pools and hot tubs
- Participate in emergency response and regular safety compliance training procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or engineering, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Must be available to work weekends and the 7 am - 3:30 pm shift
