As an Event Sales Manager, youwill have the opportunity to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to life, curating memorable gatherings for our guests. From intimate boardroom meetings to grand celebrations, you’ll sell and oversee a variety of events set against a breathtaking natural backdrop. With customizable event spaces, stunning outdoor venues, and world-class culinary offerings, you’ll help turn visions into reality—all while working in an inspiring and welcoming environment.

Responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Selling and servicing events, including weddings, holiday parties, galas, corporate meetings and more. This role manages the full event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and proposal through contracting, planning, and event execution.
• Reviewing contracts, conducting hotel tours, menu tastings, and coordinating communication with clients and relevant hotel teams before, during, and after each event to ensure a seamless experience and a high level of service.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the resort, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and special events.
• Plan and execute all aspects of events, including gathering necessary information for guestroom arrangements, menu planning, room set-up and diagrams, event agendas, rental orders, décor, estimates and billing details, and any other requirements relevant to event coordination
• Partner effectively with all departments within the hotel, and preferred vendors, to exceed client expectations and foster a positive work environment
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, delivering exceptional service before, during, and after events.
• Open schedule is necessary – must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to serve as on-site contact for events.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in event planning, catering, or hotel sales (luxury resort experience preferred). Experience selling and servicing weddings is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple events at once.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer and web-based applications
• Ability to preserve confidentiality and be able to work in a team environment
• Experience in hotel food & beverage operations is a plus.
• Annual salary range of $75,000.00 to $80,000.00
