Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of Ultrasonic Transducers.
- Execute work instructions for specific operations to ensure production meets quality standards.
- Proactively identify and report process issues; take ownership of product quality and performance.
- Organize daily work to meet individual and team production objectives.
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving cost, time, and quality targets.
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain required skill levels for assigned operations in accordance with company standards.
- Identify and communicate potential delays that may impact production timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace; ensure tools are properly stored and areas remain hazard-free.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- General office and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a workstation.
- Frequent use of microscopes and fine-detail tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Strong ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including overtime when required.
