We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties throughout Baton Rouge and Denham Springs
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, and handling a variety of tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
- Meet contractors and vendors at properties and provide access
- Provide showings to prospective tenants
- Place and remove lockboxes and manage keys
- Verify utilities such as power and water are active in vacant spaces
- Conduct basic property inspections
- Spray for insects and perform light maintenance tasks
- Purchase supplies from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other vendors
- Deliver supplies and materials to properties
- Report maintenance issues and document property conditions
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Other property-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using own smartphone for photos, emails, and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic handyman or maintenance experience is a plus
- Dependable, organized, and professional
Compensation:
- $25/hr
- Flexible schedule with opportunities for additional hours
Experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or facilities management is a plus.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
