Handyman (As Needed) — Houma, LA — $25/hour
We are looking for a reliable handyman to help with repairs and maintenance at our shopping center in Houma. This is an as-needed position with a flexible schedule. We will contact you when work is available and arrange a time based on your availability. Hours are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Complete general repairs and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and let us know when a job requires a specialized contractor.
Qualifications
- Experience with general handyman work and repairs.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly about the work needed.
- Must provide your own tools and ladders.
Pay and materials
Pay is $25 per hour. We will pay for the supplies and replacement parts needed for approved work, including items such as screws and other repair materials.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
