Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Nurse Director based in Springfield, VA, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The Clinical Nurse Director will oversee and manage nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the nursing team, developing care protocols, supervising patient care plans, providing staff mentoring, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and serving as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient satisfaction and well-being.
Qualifications
