What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position at The Uhl Agency?
The Uhl Agency, an independent insurance agency in the Centerville/Washington Township area, is expanding due to continued growth and is looking to add to our business insurance department. The ideal candidate will fit our team-based culture, be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and will possess a professional demeanor, sound computer proficiency, problem solving ability, and the capacity to learn quickly.
The option to work from home for up to two days per week will be available once the new hire is fully up to speed on our agency's processes and procedures, which could take six months or more.
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing existing insurance policies (policy changes, quotes for new lines of coverage, billing questions, etc.)
- Quoting, reviewing, issuing new insurance policies and creating new business proposals
- Monitoring renewal policies, creating renewal summaries, and working with producers to remarket accounts when needed
- Obtaining loss information and reporting claims
Qualifications
Valid Ohio property and casualty insurance license. Previous commercial lines experience.
