Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with the Dietary department to meet special dietary needs
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Monitor food supplies and report to restaurant manager for ordering

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Cook in the food industry
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong understanding of menu planning and meal preparation
- Excellent knife skills for food preparation
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
