Men's Locker Room Attendant

Private Golf Club | Naples, Florida

TwinEagles Club is seeking a professional, service-minded Full-Time Locker Room Attendant to join our team and help uphold the exceptional standards our members expect and deserve. This role is a key part of the daily member experience, ensuring our locker room facilities remain immaculate, welcoming, and fully supported at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, order, and presentation in the locker room facilities
• Proactively stock and organize towels, amenities, and supplies throughout the day
• Greet and assist members and guests with a professional, discreet, and courteous approach
• Anticipate member needs to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience
• Support club events, tournament days, and high-volume member periods
• Communicate maintenance or supply needs promptly to leadership
• Uphold all standards consistent with a premier private club environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, private club, luxury resort, or hotel environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Naturally service-oriented with a calm, professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
