What you’ll do:

• Book reservations for venue.

• Deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and in person inquiries.

• Ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are input accurately and promptly onto the system.

• Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate our guests.

• Maintain accurate records to ensure maximum covers are reached when possible.

• Communicate anticipated business demands daily to Reservation manager (Daily Reporting, local events, and convention updates)

• Work closely with our events team to ensure ideal bookings and availability.

• Be flexible and able to adjust to the changing needs of the restaurants and guests.

• Assist in training new reservationists,

• Maintain a high level of professionalism.

• Be considerate and willing to help fellow teammates,

• Tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.

• Handle all guest situations with care and critical thinking.

• Always maintain professional phone etiquette.

• Reservation management on SevenRooms.
