The Head/Lead Instructor drives curriculum development, instructional leadership, and program evaluation to enhance student engagement and academic success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine curriculum across academic and enrichment subjects
- Lead and supervise a team of 6-15 instructors
- Oversee assessment processes and ensure alignment with learning goals
- Engage directly with students through daily teaching and one-to-one instruction
- Implement The Rotational Approach to Learning using pencil-to-paper methods
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Coordinate staff development and training initiatives
- Manage scheduling for classes and instructional staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
