The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Commercial Lines Producer (Client Advisor) to grow our presence across the greater Tampa Bay area and Florida. You’ll be in charge of new business: winning clients, building relationships with business owners and C-suite executives, and delivering risk solutions from a broad portfolio of carriers.

What You’ll Do
Win New Business
- Prospect for and close new commercial accounts through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and cold outreach
- Build and carry out a strategic sales plan with a healthy pipeline
Advise Clients
- Lead consultative conversations with business owners and executives
- Conduct risk assessments, gather underwriting information, and present tailored proposals
- Act as a trusted advisor on coverage, claims, and risk mitigation
Work the Markets
- Market accounts across multiple carriers and negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms
- Keep up with carrier appetites, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Grow Relationships
- Partner with account managers on renewals, coverage reviews, and account expansion
- Keep accurate records in AMS360, in line with agency and E&O standards
What You Bring
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) license (required)
- A proven track record in commercial lines production
- The ability to produce $100K in annual new business revenue, or a clear plan to get there
- A consultative selling style and the presence to work with owners and C-suite leaders
- A Tampa Bay business network, or the drive to build one
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AMS360 experience preferred
- Integrity, discretion, and a professional style

- Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM) are a plus
