Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. Knowledge of POS systems TOAST is preferred. This role requires strong time management, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently during shifts.
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify guest identification as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, nightclubs, and/or FINE DINING is Necessary.
- Experience in fine dining enhances your ability to deliver high-quality service.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures, food handling, and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Craft cocktail knowledge is a must
- Demonstrated skills in sales, serving, cashiering, and retail math contribute to success in this role.
- Strong time management skills are necessary to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining excellent customer interactions.
