Position Summary:
We’re hiring enthusiastic, high-energy, and reliable adults to join our team as children’s gymnastics instructors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, staying active, and creating a positive, encouraging environment where children can grow and build confidence. No gymnastics or coaching experience is required—we provide training. What matters most is that you’re patient, dependable, and comfortable leading young children in a structured and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, structured gymnastics classes for young children
- Create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all participants
- Encourage confidence, participation, and skill development
- Maintain class organization and ensure safety guidelines are followed
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and general gym organization
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, high-energy, and positive attitude
- Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with and leading groups of young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and participate in training provided
Job Details:
