Do you love working with people, building relationships, and creating a fun, welcoming environment? We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Front Desk Team Member to be the face of The Tumble Gym!

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. No gymnastics experience is required—we're looking for the right personality and will teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every family with a friendly smile and positive attitude
• Build relationships with our students and parents
• Answer phones, emails, and customer questions
• Assist with class enrollments and scheduling
• Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
• Help families with check-in, payments, and general inquiries
• Support daily administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist during Open Gym and other events by interacting with children and families
• Help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to multitask and stay organized
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

We're primarily looking for someone with flexible weekday morning availability, with the ability to work some afternoon shifts as needed. Additional evening or weekend hours may be available based on business needs.
