Our company is growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated Design Process Coordinator to partner with our design departments and optimize our internal processes. We are looking for an experienced truss designer who can take the design departments to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and improve internal design processes and procedures.
- Ensure best practices are being applied consistently company wide.
- Create and compile design documents to support best practices and training programs.
- Offer input and provide data to General Managers to help assess capacity at each location.
- Partner with management to determine opportunities to provide on-going support to design departments.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior or Lead Design position.
- Thorough knowledge of MiTek or Alpine software and products, both preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.
- Ability to ensure effective follow-up and follow-through to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and can manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license to perform site visits when necessary.
The expected salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on the candidate’s equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.
