Our Parts Counter associates play an important role in day-to-day operations and are at the forefront of customer interaction. We are looking for someone with an interest in the automotive industry and general knowledge of how automotive systems work.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist customers who walk into the building
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers over the telephone
- Research and look up parts using various tools, OEM catalogs, and aftermarket parts resources
- Place parts orders for customers and shop service technicians as needed
- Pull parts from inventory for customers and shop service technicians as needed
- Assist in parts look up for customers and shop service technicians as needed
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts
Job Skills required:
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills
- Multi-task and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and work-flow
- Basic computer skills - able to draft, edit, and organize documents as well as utilize various web-based resources and applications
Physical requirements:
- Frequently: Stand, sit, walk
- Occasionally: Stretching, lifting, reaching, up/above shoulders, bending, kneeling
- Occasionally: Lifting up to 50 pounds

Hourly Base Pay plus Commission
Schedule - Fulltime:
- Monday through Friday
- 8am - 5pm (1 hour, unpaid lunch period)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
