Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Used Car Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repair and maintenance This role involves working on a variety of vehicles. This will involve certification of our preowned inventory.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations etc.
- Align wheels and adjust suspension systems as needed to enhance vehicle handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency within the dealership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role in an automotive repair setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing vehicle issues.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are a plus.
