What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ironing, Grommeting, Fabric Handling, Manufacturing Associate position at The TruBlu Collaborative?
We are a small, family-owned manufacturing business located in Deerfield Beach. We are a group of positive people who are looking for a friendly, self-motivated addition to our team.
We are looking for someone to work with fabrics. Previous experience handling fabrics, like sewing, is a bonus, although not required. The job will include ironing and grommeting. However, the person must be trainable and willing to learn new tasks. We are a growing business and love to grow with our employees as they learn new things.
About half of the work will require standing and half the work can be done seated. Although lifting is not a large part of the job, this employee will need to be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
The ideal candidate must speak fluent English and have reliable transportation. We offer a retirement plan match as well as a flexible schedule once trained. We also offer paid holidays and vacation.
