Job Overview
Join our brewery as a Barback and Short Order Cook and help us create an exceptional experience for our guests. In this role, you’ll support the bar and kitchen operations by maintaining a clean, organized taproom, assisting bartenders as needed, preparing quick-serve foods, and ensuring smooth service during busy days. The role can be expanded to assist with covering events or bar shifts depending on skill and availability.
Duties
- Assist bartender by ensuring the taproom areas remains clean and organized throughout the shift
- Prepare quick-service food items such as empanadas and snacks following established recipes and safety standards
- Maintain strict food handling and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service needs during high-volume times or special events
Skills
- Experience in food service environments
- Strong cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards in both kitchen and bar areas
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols for handling various ingredients
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
