Tribute Companies, a fourth-generation family-owned organization, designs, manufactures, and constructs custom mausoleums, columbaria, and memorial structures for cemeteries throughout the Midwest and East Coast. We’re hiring a traveling Construction Installation Manager to join our growing construction team.
In this role, you’ll assist with installation and construction projects for our design, precast, and construction divisions helping ensure every build meets our high standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
No two projects are the same. You’ll work hands-on at job sites, travel regionally, and take pride in creating spaces that honor families for decades to come.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation, construction, and labor on Tribute design and precast projects
- Coordinate site preparation, material orders, cranes, and labor with the Construction Manager
- Lead daily on-site work: start-of-day setup, end-of-day cleanup, and jobsite safety checks
- Work directly with subcontractors and temporary labor to complete installations on schedule
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work meets Tribute standards
- Maintain on-site inventory of tools, equipment, and materials
- Communicate progress updates and potential issues to the Construction Manager
- Help resolve on-site challenges while maintaining safety and efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of experience in architectural, precast, or general construction
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and job specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Preferred / Will Train:
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Forklift and Master Rigger Certifications
- SST Card
Physical Requirements:
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other business machines
- Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Physically ability to lift 100 lbs. with your hands, arms and legs
- Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures
- Ability to travel via commercial airplane and/or vehicle for several hours
