Welcome to The Tribe Home Daycare, a licensed in-home childcare program committed to nurturing, educating, and celebrating every child in our care. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant Classroom Teacher to join our team and support our tiniest tribe members with intentional, high-quality care. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with infants, parents, and staff to support each child's development.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their child's growth and development.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills in young children.
- Manage classroom behavior by implementing positive discipline strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall preschool curriculum and environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning through play.
Experience
- Previous experience working in infants setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices is essential.
- Experience in infant care, caregiving, or babysitting is a plus.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
