THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE
As an RBT at The Treetop Therapy, you'll be the face of our company, providing a 1:1 learning environment directly in the child's home. You'll implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. With the support of our dedicated supervising clinicians, you'll be equipped with the tools needed for success, fostering skills acquisition and positive behavior modification. Join us in preparing children to function effectively in both home and community-based settings, all under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst!
OUR IDEAL RBT - REGISTERED BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN
We're looking for an RBT - Registered Behavioral Technician who can meet the following:
- High school or equivalent
- 1 year of ABA therapy, paraprofessional, childcare, teaching, special needs, or other relative experience with children
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
- Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate
- Effective written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Having your RBT license is preferred but not required!
YOUR SCHEDULE:
Your schedule as an RBT - Registered Behavioral Technician offers flexibility and purpose. In Massachusetts, you'll work with a minimum caseload of one client, with schedules tailored to meet their needs. In-home services typically run from 3 pm to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, and weekends from 9 am to 8 pm. Most of our clients are between the ages of 4 and 14, offering you the opportunity to make a lasting impact during crucial developmental stages.
