Groundsman – Tree Service Crew

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundsman to assist with daily tree operations. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and takes pride in outdoor work. You will support climbers and operators by running ropes, handling brush, and maintaining a clean and safe job site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with rigging, roping, and equipment setup
- Operate wood chippers, chainsaws, and other tree service tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support the crew with ground operations during tree removals and pruning
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience running ropes and operating tree service equipment wanted but not a requirement if you love this scope of work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Schedule:
- Full-time (Monday–Friday)

- Competitive, based on experience
