We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and reliable Budtender/Sales Associate to join our team. As the frontline ambassador of our brand, you will provide exceptional, personalized customer service to patrons, guiding them through our menu to find products that suit their specific needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, deeply knowledgeable about products (flower, edibles, concentrates), and dedicated to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Education & Sales: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide expert, compassionate recommendations to guide their purchases.Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on cannabis strains, terpenes, cannabinoids, consumption methods (vaping, edibles, topicals, flower), and industry trends.Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to state and local regulations, including checking valid IDs, ensuring accurate weight/packaging, and preventing diversion.POS & Cash Handling: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and state-required seed-to-sale tracking systems (e.g., METRC) with high attention to detail.Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor inventory, restock shelves, assist with inventory counts, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space.Safety Protocols: Follow all safety, sanitation, and security protocols, including proper use of tongs and sanitized handling of products.Requirements & QualificationsAge: Must be at least 21 years of age.Licensing: Ability to obtain a state-mandated marijuana agent registration card or permit.Experience: 1 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
