The Treehouse Preschool is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We are looking for a passionate Education Coordinator to join our team and help shape meaningful learning experiences for our children.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate curriculum for all classrooms
- Support and coach teachers to enhance instructional quality
- Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards
- Coordinate child assessments and ensure developmental milestones are tracked
- Plan educational events, parent workshops, and community-building activities
- Maintain updated documentation, lesson plans, and educational materials
- Collaborate with administration on program improvement and staff training
- Ensure that our curriculum aligns with the RIELDS as well as national standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early learning environment
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor staff and collaborate effectively with families and team members

Pay: $46,997.39 - $56,599.01 per year
