Role Description A victim of recent cut-backs or completion of military service? We hope we are not asking too much but we are seeking one superb driver to replace a soon-to-be-retiring driver. Retired or Semi-retired. A great self-starter with common sense and problem solving skills who may need to throw right into the fire. This is for transportation to and from home, local and regional airports and beach resort destinations. Also non-emergency medical appointments. Full-Time. Available for both busy tourist season summers and slower off-seasons.
- Excellent driving skills and driving record and can be insured since vehicle insurance will be in driver name and the company pays the premiums. Also a plus if residing within 15 minutes of Wilmington NC International Airport, Wilmington, North Carolina and has a safe location for a company vehicle which you will house at your home location. If you have no life and love driving and working then we are the company for you. 8:00PM to 8:00AM availability a plus. Personable with good customer service skills and life experience but knows how to read the room, as your customers will be captive audience. Honestly and Integrity lacks in the local transportation industry and prefer to train a candidate from the get-go. Good with phone, texting, Google/GPS/mapping, math and paperwork. Can lift upwards of 55 lbs. Must use Venmo or willing to set up an account for payments. Knowledge of common vehicle maintenance issues helpful.
