We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join our team and create memorable dining experiences for our guests during this high-volume holiday event.
Position Overview:
As a Seasonal Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional service, taking orders, and ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
- Keep shared server stations clean and organized
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
- Complete all necessary side work before, after, and throughout shifts to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
- Handle payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Arrive to work on time, properly dressed and prepared for shift
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of beer, wine, spirits & cocktails
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
