Position Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiting & Deployment Manager to join our amazing team
(Local candidates only to Marlboro, MA -Hybrid Schedule)
In this essential client facing role, you will serve as a key member of our team, working in close partnership with our Business Development Executives to fulfill the recruiting needs of our clients. You will be responsible for managing both recruiting processes and deployment ensuring the right talent is placed in the right engagements at the right time in meeting our client expectations.
You will become the primary point of contact for existing clients, building long term, trusted relationships through consistent communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence. You will also form meaningful connections with our global network of learning and development professionals—exceptionally qualified individuals who are not only experts in their field but also kind, collaborative, and passionate about making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Work in close partnership with TTA Business Development Executives to understand client needs and deliver the right talent solutions
- Utilizing internal talent network of 20K learning professionals and other recruiting tools to find the best person for each role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates ensuring a strong match between their skills and our clients' needs
- Ensure compliance and documentation for all recruitment activities
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future client demands
Deployment Management:
- Collaborate closely with clients through regular check-ins to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
- Prepare and facilitate project kick-offs, timelines, and schedules to support a successful deployment
- Lead and communicate proactively throughout the project lifecycle, resolving challenges and escalating as needed
- Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, if needed for our talent professionals
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, talent, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting that involved working with both clients and candidates (strong preference for staffing industry experience)
- Desires a role where juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is part of the challenge and reward
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Energized by connecting with others, finding solutions, and making a measurable difference
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting tools
- Thrives both independently and collaboratively, with a consistently positive, forward-thinking mindset
