About Us:
The Trainer Page is a rapidly growing fitness studio, and we’re looking to add a full-time Fitness Sales Consultant to our team. As a key player in our growth, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, educating them on how our Sweat Therapy sessions can help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You’ll guide them through their first session, answer all their questions, and ultimately, help them commit to a membership.
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll actively connect with potential members, scheduling up to 3-6 prospects per day and conducting 1-5 sales consultations per shift.
- Be the face of The Trainer Page at promotional events, engaging with attendees to introduce them to our studio and assess their fit.
- You’ll be trained in our high-level sales process, equipping you with the skills to excel and maintain our strong close rate of over 70%.
- Your primary responsibility is to sell memberships, ensuring a high conversion rate and maximizing every opportunity to grow our member base.

- We sign up an average of 8 to 12 new members per week, and you’ll be part of that success story.
- You’ll work directly with an experienced General Manager who will guide and hold you accountable to your goals, including a quota and bonus structure.

Shift Availably:
Monday & Tuesday 7:30AM - 1PM
Wednesday & Thursday - 12PM - 8PM
Alternating Friday & Saturday - 8AM - 12PM/1PM
We do have 5am sessions Monday - Friday so depending on if an appointment is scheduled for a 5am, 6am or 7am your AM shift may start earlier but that means your shift also ends earlier!
