- Programs and places traffic counting machines and tubes onto roadway as instructed.
- Collects traffic counting machines at conclusion of counts
- Downloads data from traffic counters to computer and prepares printouts
- Conducts turning movement counts when requested
- Helps to maintain traffic counting equipment
