> Programs and places traffic counting machines and tubes onto roadway as instructed
> Collects traffic counting machines at conclusion of counts
> Downloads data from traffic counters to computer and prepares printouts
> Conducts turning movement counts when requested
> Helps to maintain traffic counting equipment
