The Inside Sales | Account Manager I is responsible for:
Mastering working inbound warm calls, online chats, and Internet leads and orders all the while gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the sale of our products through the education of our customers. In short, we have a proven process to ensure sales success all the while making sure we keep our customers emphatically happy with our offerings.
Upon achieving set metrics you will be promoted to an Account Manager II position where you will continue to build your own customer base and sales pipeline to the mutual benefit of our customers and our company. Account Managers who then demonstrate continued growth and the ability to lead others will be considered for Senior Account Manager positions (SAM I and II) eventually leading to the development and management of your own team.
You will have the training, the backing of the team, and the tools needed to be successful.

Compensation
Our compensation structure is set to reward performance. At The Trademark Company, you have the ability to advance rapidly based upon your effort. Below is what you can expect for fully successful team members as you begin your journey with us:
- Account Manager I: Base Salary $35,000 - $37,500; Average Commissions Paid on a Monthly Basis $6,000 - $14,000 Average Commissions Paid on a Monthly Basis: Total Compensation $41,000 - $52,500.
- Account Manager II: Base Salary $40,000 - $42,500; Average Commissions Paid on a Monthly Basis $12,000 - $24,000: Total Compensation $52,000 - $66,500.
- Senior Account Manager I: Salary and Commission Structure available to applicants during their second interview.
- Senior Account Manager II: Salary and Commission Structure available to applicants during their second interview.
