How do I make an impact on my team?
Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast and/or dinner, preparing and serving beverages such as coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Take orders from guests, input orders into Point Of Sale system, and handle cash
- Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
- Assist in preparing, cooking, and garnishing food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist
- Complete opening and closing duties, sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized
What Success Looks Likes
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Bartender-Server License
- Six or more months of restaurant/server experience
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
