Role Description
This is a part-time, in-person role located in Indianapolis, IN. Part-time hours are limited to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as these are our busiest days where we need the most support. (Working all three days would equate to about 22 hours of work each week) The pay for this position is $12/hour.
The new hire will be responsible for assisting customers by opening cases and answering questions, stocking shelves, and keeping the shop clean and tidy. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions at the register, providing excellent customer service, and pricing items.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to assist and engage with customers effectively.
- Organizational skills to make sure shelves are tidy, item prices are easily visible, and the store is generally kept tidy.
- Basic cashiering experience.
- Friendly, respectful, and positive demeanor when working with the team.
- Trustworthy. reliable, and keeps good personal hygiene.
- Interest in and knowledge of collectibles, toys, and pop culture is a huge plus.
- Must be reliably available to work weekends
