Role Overview
The Brand & Wellness Sales Manager is a front-facing, sales-driven role responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while actively driving revenue through rebookings, packages, memberships, and retail sales.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, relationship-based sales environment, enjoys educating clients on long-term wellness benefits, and is motivated by goals, performance metrics, and bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Studio Operations
- Greet clients warmly, check them in, and ensure a seamless studio experience from arrival to departure
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments, including handling cancellations and no-shows
- Perform opening, closing, and daily studio procedures
- Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming studio environment at all times
Sales, Rebooking & Revenue Generation
- Proactively sell treatment bundles, packages, memberships, and retail products in alignment with client goals
- Drive same-day and post-treatment rebookings by confidently recommending next sessions and long-term plans
- Follow up with clients after treatments to secure future bookings and package conversions
- Conduct outbound outreach to leads and existing clients via:
- In-person conversations
- Text messaging
- Email communication
- Phone calls
- Educate clients on the benefits of consistency, series-based treatments, and membership options
- Meet or exceed individual and studio-level sales and rebooking goals
Systems, Communication & Follow-Up
- Accurately use Mindbody Software to:
- Collect and update client information
- Process payments for single sessions, packages, memberships, and retail
- Track client history, notes, and follow-up opportunities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital messaging platforms
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of:
- All services and pricing
- Current promotions and campaigns
- Standard operating procedures and brand policies
Inventory & Team Support
- Assist with inventory management and supply counts as needed
- Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in studio initiatives, promotions, and events
Qualifications
- Customer Experience: Proven ability to deliver exceptional, high-touch client service
- Sales-Oriented Mindset:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and long-term commitments
- Experience with upselling, cross-selling, or consultative sales is a strong plus
- Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and personable across in-person and digital channels
- Team Leadership & Brand Representation:
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and professionalism
- Embodies and promotes The Tox® brand values consistently
- Tech-Savvy:
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Experience with Apple products and Mindbody Software is a plus
- Wellness, Spa, or Hospitality Experience: Preferred but not required
- Marketing, Events, or Social Media Experience: A plus
