About the Role
We are looking for a Studio Experience Assistant who wants to be part of a luxury wellness environment and grow into a Client Advisor role.
You will play a key role in maintaining the flow, organization, and elevated client experience of the studio—while learning the foundation of our operations and client journey.
What You’ll Own
Studio Opening & Daily Operations
- Open the studio and prepare all spaces for the day (lighting, music, ambiance)
- Set up treatment rooms and ensure everything is client-ready
- Manage laundry, towel warmers, and overall studio readiness
Client Experience Support
- Greet clients with a warm, polished, and professional presence
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Support front desk operations and appointment flow
Studio Flow & Team Support
- Assist in flippin treatment rooms efficiently between clients
- Restock products, supplies, and retail displays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day
Growth & Training
- Learn The Tox services, products, and client experience standards
- Observe and support Client Advisors with bookings and recommendations
- Build toward a future role in sales, client experience, or leadership

Compensation & Growth
- $14–$16/hour based on experience
- Opportunity for performance-based raises
- Clear path to Client Advisor (sales-focused role) or full-time position
- Ongoing training and development within a growing brand
Schedule
- Morning, daytime, and some evening availability required
- Weekend availability required
- Typical shifts begin at 9 AM
