THE TOX GREENWICH is looking for a polished, high-energy Front of House Receptionist to be the first and lasting impression for our clients. If you're organized, friendly, and love working in a beautywellness environment, this could be your perfect fit.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the heart of the studio, greeting clients with warmth, managing appointments, handling sales, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
In addition, there are opportunities to assist with marketing initiatives and, for the right candidate, advance into a General Manager position after demonstrating success in the studio. Marketing experience is preferred but not required.
You'll help create a calm, clean, and professional environment where clients feel supported and cared for from the moment they walk in.
NO EXPERIENCE IN WELLNESS REQUIRED-just bring your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a love of working with people. We'll train you in our systems and studio operations.

JOB TYPE:
Full-time / Part-time
PAY:
$18–$25 per hour, plus tips and commission opportunities.
SCHEDULE:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and client inquiries.
- Process payments and retail product sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk.
- Support daily studio operations and assist team members as needed.
- Help create an exceptional luxury client experience that keeps guests coming back.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, local events, promotions, and community outreach (preferred experience, but training is available).
