Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness
- Room patients, take vitals, and update medical history
- Assist providers during treatments and procedures
- Complete charting and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage supplies and inventory
- Support patient check-in/check-out as needed
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification required
- Experience in a medical office, med spa, dermatology, or wellness setting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with EMR systems and technology
- Professional and positive attitude
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
