What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Set up and maintain the dish area, including monitoring temperatures and cleaning supplies
- Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Support a clean and sanitary kitchen and service environment
- Assist with waste removal and general kitchen cleanliness
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a safe workspace
