The Lead Infant Teacher position pays positive, energetic individuals based on education, in-class teaching experience, and availability. We are looking for Lead Infant Teachers who are willing to take ownership of their classroom.
What The Lead Infant Teacher Will Do:
- Be the primary caregiver and lead educator in our infant classroom
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for infants 6 weeks to 12 months
- Foster early development through tummy time, sensory play, songs, and snuggles
- Partner with families to ensure consistent care and communication
- Collaborate with your assistant teacher to maintain a calm, clean, and creative classroom
What The Lead Infant Teacher Will Need:
- CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) β required
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting (infant experience a big plus!)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs, crawl on the floor, and sing off-key with confidence
