The senior manager financial planning and analysis (FP&A), special projects is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and forecast accuracy across the enterprise. This role will have high visibility to senior leadership and success requires a strong understanding of FP&A and business processes. The ideal candidate is resourceful, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional partnerships to drive continuous improvement and execute process transformation.

The senior manager FP&A, special projects will lead a variety of critical initiatives at The Toro Company (TTC) focused on process improvement and standardization across the enterprise. The role will be required to build cross-functional partnerships to understand core processes and drive execution of transformation activities. The key objective of this role is to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, enable growth and margin optimization, and improve forecast accuracy.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $140,000 - $170,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. - Standardized reporting and analysis development
- Opportunities assessment and reporting and analysis to drive growth and margin optimization
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in strategic projects, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with data and systems with an aptitude for taking complex information and presenting in a simple way
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
