As the Deburr Department Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team of finishers and technicians, driving excellence in surface preparation and final inspection. You will be responsible for transforming raw, machined parts into burr-free, high-precision products.

Responsibilities include:
- Precision Finishing: Use hand tools, pneumatic grinders, and specialized machinery to remove burrs and sharp edges from metal and plastic components.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train the deburring team to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement effective deburring methodologies, including hand-finishing and automated machine processes, to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
Experience: 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role specifically within a deburr or metal finishing environment.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of deburring tools (hand files, grinders, sanders) and specialized equipment (tumblers, bead blasters, laser engraver).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the communication skills necessary to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
