What You'll Do:
- Feed and catch material from production equipment
- Inspect lumber and remove defects
- Sand, stain, and finish wood products
- Package finished materials (wrap, banding, etc.)
- Follow work orders and maintain quality standards
This is a hands-on role-you'll be on your feet and working with real wood products every day.

- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

- Manufacturing, construction, or hands-on experience is a plus (not required)
